Return & Refund Policy

Understanding our return process and guidelines

📦 Damaged or Tampered Package?

If you receive the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Kindly inform us immediately at anokhibyliza@gmail.com

We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement of the same product (if available) or another product of the same value is issued to you at no additional cost. Any difference in cost arising due to different selection will be paid by the customer.

Domestic Return Policy

Important Requirements

  • Original product tag and packing must be intact
  • Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons
  • No returns for minor irregularities in stitches, printing, color, or crafting

Products Not Eligible for Return

Products with physical damage
Sarees ordered with fall and edging or customized products
Sarees with fall/picot stitching

International Return Policy

Currently, we do not have any return/refund/exchange policy for international customers.

Our Handcrafted Promise

All our Anokhi products are lovingly handcrafted by skilled artisans, craftsmen, weavers, and tribal women residing in remote craft clusters across India. Therefore, any irregularities you may observe in stitches, colors, and prints are not flaws but rather affirmations of their handmade authenticity, distinguishing them from mass-produced items.

🎨 About Color Variations

Differences in colors may arise from technical variations, and color settings on different screens can vary. The weather conditions play a crucial role in the creation of hand block prints and natural dyes. Minor variations in prints and colors may occur depending on prevailing weather conditions. These natural variations are reflections of craftsmanship, not defects.

Cancellation Policy

Important timelines for order cancellations

Domestic Orders

Cancellation Window: 4-5 hours

Email us at anokhibyliza@gmail.com within 4-5 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellation is not available.

Note: Sarees with fall and picot stitching are not eligible for return/replacement/cancellation.

International Orders

Cancellation Window: 12 hours

Please cancel within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellation is not available.

We advise thoroughly reading the product descriptions before making a purchase to ensure a complete understanding of the item.
